At LEDVANCE, we want to ensure your home is perfectly illuminated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your lighting products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, including all bulbs, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals, to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting fixtures, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
